By creating an account or using the Binate application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Binate is an energy management application that helps users optimize their daily routines through smart alarms, sleep tracking, morning routines, and personalized analytics. The service includes a mobile application (iOS and Android) and a companion website.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Binate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription & Payments

Binate offers both free and premium features. Premium features require a paid subscription processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable app store policies. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Binate, including voice notes, sleep logs, and feedback. By submitting feedback through the app, you grant us permission to use it for product improvement purposes. You may delete your content at any time.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful information
• Attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Health Disclaimer

Binate is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Sleep tracking, energy scores, and recommendations are for informational purposes only. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns related to sleep or energy levels.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials in the Binate application and website are the property of Binate and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Binate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to missed alarms, lost data, or inaccurate analytics.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
