Delete Your Account

Request permanent deletion of your Binate account and all associated data.

In-App Deletion

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Binate app:

  1. Open the Binate app
  2. Go to Profile tab
  3. Tap Account Settings
  4. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to:

privacy@binate.app or elhussali@gmail.com

Include the email address associated with your Binate account in your request. We will process your deletion within 30 days and confirm via email when complete.

What Gets Deleted

  • Account information (email, name, profile)
  • Sleep logs and analytics data
  • Voice notes and audio recordings
  • Alarm settings and preferences
  • Morning routines and completion history
  • All feedback and submitted content

Data Retention

Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for product improvement purposes. Active subscriptions should be cancelled before account deletion to avoid further charges.
